She was predeceased by: her parents, Napoleon "Babe" Jean and Edith Jean (DePippo); and her sister Susan Williamson. She is survived by: her children, Shelly Howard, David Howard, Melissa Howard, Napoleon "Todd" Howard, Jennifer Knight (John Knight Jr) and Nicholas Howard; her sister Janet Read (William Read); her grandchildren, Phillip Howard, Kelley Sousa, Emily Renaud, Mason Howard, David Howard, Chailene Howard, Lilly Howard and Anthony Howard; and her brother Fred Jean. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
