She is survived by: her siblings, Michael Ainsworth (Donna) of Southington, CT and Leslie Ainsworth of Tiverton, RI; her siblings' children, Matthew Ainsworth (Nora), John Ainsworth and Alison Ainsworth (Eric Vasko); her great-nephews, Bradley, Weston and Owen; and her great-niece Natalie.
