She was predeceased by: her parents, Manuel Couto and Deolinda Couto (Couto); and her siblings, Robert Couto, Joan Aguiar and Peter Couto.
She is survived by: her husband Antone Costa, Jr.; her children, Gregory Costa (Jennifer) of Swansea, Michael Costa (Lisa) of Somerset, Mark Costa (Tracy) of Fall River and Lynn Costa (Orlando Vieira) of Fall River; her grandchildren, Chelsie Lima, Aubrey Perry, Mitchell Costa, Sydney Costa, Brenden Vieira, Gillian Costa and Benjamin Costa; and her great grandchildren, Theo Lima and Reynna Perry. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
