He is survived by: his wife Maria Duarte (Dos Santos); his children, Fatima M. Medeiros, Adriana M. Smith (Darrin T. Smith), John M. Duarte (Kellie-Jo Duarte), Bernadette Cordeiro (David S. Cordeiro) and Ceasar C. Duarte, Jr. (Amanda Rousseau Duarte); his grandchildren, Brandon Duarte, Hope M. Duarte, Dylan T. Smith, Ryan N. Duarte, Samantha B. Duarte, Ethan L. Duarte, Faith E. Duarte, Tyler D. Cordeiro, Kayla M. Cordeiro, Curtis C. Duarte and Cecelia L. Duarte; and his sisters, Sarafina Cordeiro Aguair, Maria and Conceicao Cordeiro Paiva.
