He is survived by: his wife Dorothy O'Brien; his children, Charles D. O'Brien (Tracey), Michael O'Brien and Cynthia Petty (Russell); his stepson Ronald Richard; his grandchildren, Jessica Petty and Ronald Richard Jr.; his great grandchild Ariana Flores; and his sisters, Julie O'Hanley of Fall River and Nancy O'Hanley of Ventura. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
