She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. Irving A. Fradkin; her parents, Joseph Sheinfield and Fannie Sheinfield (Schecter); and her sister Esther Sheinfield. She is survived by: her children, Marlene Adams, Robert and Russell; her children-in-law, Blair Smith, Goedele Gulikers and Jane Fradkin; her grandchildren, Jeff, Karen, Jessica and Michael; and her siblings, Molly Fishbein and Hyman Sheinfield. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
