He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas V. Harney, Sr. and JoAnn Harney (Zackaseski). He is survived by: his brothers, Thomas V. Harney, Jr. (Debra) and Paul Harney (Dee West); his former wife Kristen Robinson; his siblings' children, Jennifer, Zachary and Cody; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Layla, Raelyn, Hayes and Payton.
