He was predeceased by: his wife Joan Barney (Daigle); and his mother Leta Barney (Jones). He is survived by: his siblings, Deloris, Lee and Catherine; his stepchildren, Heidi Correia (Robert) and Alan Riley (Rita); his grandchildren, Alyssa Venancio (Ryan), Kelsey Macaroco (Joao), Robert Correia (Ksenia), Myles Venancio, Rylyn Venancio and Wes Macaroco; and his siblings' children, David, Jeanie, Meredithe, Paul, Emily, Mathew and Elizabeth.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 1st 2025 from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Boule Funeral Home (615 Broadway, Fall River, MA 02724). A prayer was held on Monday, December 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
