It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Constance Hamel (Fall River, Massachusetts), who passed away on August 17, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband J. Richard Hamel; her parents, Manuel Botelho and Florence Botelho (Sargent); her children, Barbara Jeanne Ferreira and David R. Hamel; and her brother William Botelho.

She is survived by: her daughter Paula Shaker. She is also survived by four grandchildren, four great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
