He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerome D. Foley Jr. and Grace F. Foley (Phillips); and his brother Jerome D. Foley III. He is survived by: his wife Joyce M. Foley (Dupere); his daughter Erin Foley (David O'Sullivan); his sister Kathleen Lee (Samuel); his sister-in-law Kathryn Foley; and his pets, Sadie and Fred. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
