He was predeceased by: his uncle Richie. He is survived by: his parents, Humberto Pereira and Judith Pereira (Faggioli); his aunt Zelia Rego (Joe); his uncles, Danny (Ann), Mike (Nancy) and John (Pat); and his caregivers, Sherry, Mandy and Kendra.
