He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel DeSousa Pimentel and Maria Jose DeSousa Pimentel (Moniz); and his siblings, Maria Eduarda Raposo, Salvador Pimentel, Henrique Pimentel and Gabriel Pimentel.

He is survived by: his children, Kevin DeSousa of Fall River, Karen Lebreux (Jason) of Fall River and Jenny Sousa (Marco) of Taunton; his grandchildren, Shawna Gouveia, Amiya DeSousa, Elias Gouveia and Seth Lebreux; his great grandchild Zy'arie; and his sisters, Lucia Pacheco of Fall River and Marie Jose Salema of New Hampshire.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Silva-Faria Funeral Home (730 Bedford St, Fall River, MA 02720). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Santo Christo Church (185 Canal St, Fall River, MA 02721). A burial will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 at the Notre Dame Cemetery (1540 Stafford Rd, Fall River, MA 02721).
