He was predeceased by: his wife Carol L. Lavoie (Frazier); his siblings, Armand "Butch" Lavoie, Mercedes Lavoie, Steven Lavoie Richard and Dennis Lavoie; his uncle Armand; and his sister Sarah Lavoie (Montgomery).
He is survived by: his daughters, Cheryl DeDucca (Phillip), Kimberly Card (Russell), Tracy Lavoie and Danielle Lavoie; his grandsons, James Lunney and Michael Pelletier; his great grandchild Sophie Pelletier; and his siblings, William "Billy" Lavoie, Robert Lavoie, Shirley Holmes and Patricia Perry. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
