He was predeceased by: his sister Jennifer Sebastino; his grandparents, Rachel Dupre, Richard Dupre and Francis Girard; his aunts, Sally Amos and April LaVigne; his uncle Kirk Benoit; and his brothers, Donald Girard Jr. and Greg Girard.

He is survived by: his parents, Betty Girard (Dupre) of North Adams and Donald Victor Girard (Jennifer) of North Adams; his daughter Taylor Girard of Fall River; his siblings, Monica Harpole of Adams, Selena Girard of North Adams, Christina Girard of North Adams, Lindsay Girard of Adams, Emily Hinkell (Johno) of North Adams and Nathan Girard (Keyla) of Williamstown; his aunt Dollie Biagini of Cheshire; and his grandmother Dolores Girard of North Adams. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
