He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Bulhoes and Maria Encarnacao Bulhoes (Domingos); and his sibling Moases Bulhoes. He is survived by: his wife Anna M. Bulhoes; his children, Alicia Aguiar (Michael) and Philip Bulhoes; his grandchildren, Amelia, Landen Aguiar and Alice Bulhoes; his sisters, Anna Ricardo (John), Leonia Leitao (late Luis) and Connie Rodrigues; and his siblings-in-law, Margaret Mendonca (Jose) and Angelo Pimental (late Maria). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
