He was predeceased by: his parents, Celio Blanco and Modesta Vega. He is survived by: his wife Minerva Blanco (Perez); his children, Efrain Blanco of Cleveland and Eliezer Quinones (Kelly O'Brien) of Fall River; and his grandchildren, Elijah Blanco, Eliezer Quinones, Jr., Zachary Fournier, Andrew Quinones and Nicholas Fournier. He is also survived by several siblings from Puerto Rico and nieces and nephews.
