She is survived by: her significant other Edward Kirker; her children, Chaz Carr and Shayna Carr; her sisters, Liz Medeiros and Jennifer Medeiros; and her grandchildren, Aaliyah, Lilah and CJ. She is also survived by several nieces and her nephew.
