She is survived by: her children, Maria Fatima Pereira (Durval) of Fall River, Joao Tavares (Natalie) of Fall River, Walter Tavares (Margaret) of Somerset, Hildeberto "Al" Tavares (Natalie) of Swansea, Antonio Tavares (Eduarda) of Somerset and Arthur Tavares of Fall River; and her sisters, Elza Martins of Toronto, Valentina Pereira Morgado of Winnipeg and Eduarda Sousa of Winnipeg. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; many nieces & nephews.
