He is survived by : his wife Barbara Lanigan (Couture) of Fall River; and his children, Geoffrey Lanigan, Christine McCarthy, Tracy Lanigan Casey, Patricia Barrows, Denise Lanigan, Karen Furtado and Kimberlee Lescault. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
