She was predeceased by: her husband Herman "Mickey" Mello; and her parents, Alpeta Rapoza and Miguel Rapoza. She is survived by: her sister Pat Richner; her brother-in-law James Richner; her brother Michael Rapoza; and her sister-in-law Linda Rapoza. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
