She was predeceased by: her spouse Duarte Alves; and her parents, Miguel Medeiros and Maria Conceicao Medeiros (Massa). She is survived by: her daughters, Irene Silva (Jacinto) of Westport and Lucia Estrela (Paulo) of Fall River; her siblings, Manuel Medeiros (Maria) of Westport, Fernando Medeiros (Aldina) of Puerto Roco and Lucia Silva (Afonso) of Westport; her grandchildren, Jesse Silva, Samantha Estrela, Brittany DeAndrade, Shawn Silva and Jerika Estrela; and her great grandchild Chloe. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
