She was predeceased by: her husband Leonel DeSousa; her parents, José Correia and Maria José Da Silva; her child Davide DeSousa; and her siblings, António Correia, João Correia, Merçes Correia, Conceição Moniz, Palmira Calouro and José Correia.
She is survived by: her children, Maria De Lurdes DeSousa (Luis) of Toronto, Canada, Carlos DeSousa (Ana) of Mississauga, Canada, Luis Sousa (Angie) of Swansea, Olga Burton (David) of Fall River, Emanuel Sousa (Lynn) of Fall River and Lilia Hauck (Robert) of Dartmouth. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
