He was predeceased by: his wife Debra L. Hoover (Scott); his parents, Jack L. and Francis Hoover (Thorton); and his sister Joanne Carvalho. He is survived by: his daughters, Kerri Carreiro (Mike) of Tiverton and Stacy Beth Hoover of Tiverton; his siblings, Wayne Hoover (Michelle) of Swansea and Cynthia Emond of Tiverton; and his grandsons, Jake, Tyler and Jaxon. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
