Blackburn Jr., Lori Bowley (John), Marc Blackburn (Racheal) and Jason Blackburn (Melissa); his grandchildren, James M. Blackburn III, Paige Blackburn, Kaylyn Blackburn, Nora Blackburn and Sawyer Blackburn; and his siblings, John Blackburn (Marylou), Carl Blackburn (Pat), Beverly Frezza (Gene), Elizabeth Blackburn (late Kenneth Cabral), Carol Blackburn, Thomas Blackburn (Lori) and Howard Blackburn. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
