It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Miranda of Fall River, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 13, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James Miranda to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund Miranda and Lena P. Miranda (Cabral); and his brothers, Joseph, Dennis and Edmund.
He is survived by: his sons, James E. Miranda of Fall River and Dwayne E. Dean of Fall River; and his brothers, Richard Miranda (Dorene) and Robert Miranda. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 18th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Silva-Faria Funeral Home (730 Bedford St, Fall River, MA 02720). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 19th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, November 19th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Anthony of Padua Church (730 Bedford St, Fall River, MA 02720).
