He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael O'Connell and Hilda O'Connell (Pacheco); and his stepson John Correia. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne O'Connell (Breton); his stepson Keith Correia; his stepgrandchildren, Samantha and Justin Correia; his stepgreat-grandson Jayden Correia; and his siblings, Cynthia O'Connell (Steve Robinson), Michael O'Connell (Linda), Nancy Leary (Michael), Elizabeth Gustafson (Mark), Christine Lechan, Neil O'Connell and Lynne Carr (Calvin Koo). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
