She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Jezak and Alice Medeiros (Santos); her stepfather Gabriel Medeiros; and her brother Walter T. Jezak. She is survived by: her brothers, Thomas Jezak (Deborah) of Fall River and Michael Jezak (Christine) of Maine. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
