It is with sadness that the passing of Joan E. Lamond (Fall River, Massachusetts) is shared. Joan, born on June 25, 1936, passed away on September 22, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sarah J. Mills (Ogden) and Edwin Mills; her husband Bruce A. Lamond; her siblings, Kenneth, Calvert, Vernon, Warren Mills and Ruth Chatterton; her grandsons, Matthew and Keith Lamond; and her great grandchild Haylee Lamond.
She is survived by: her children, David Lamond (Elizabeth), Lorna Andoscia (Robert) and Andrew Lamond (Francine); her grandchildren, James, Christopher, Steven Lamond, Grace Morrison (Jeff) and Alexander Oliveira; her great grandchildren, Matthew, Silas Lamond and Rosalyn Morrison; and her grandchildren, Cheryl Lamond, Kathy Cournoyer and Jamie Tevyaw. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Calvary Temple Assembly of God (4321 N Main St, Fall River, MA 02720).
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her name to Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
