Pacheco (Fred); his grandchildren, Derek M. Medeiros (Lisa), Kayla M. Bernardo (Kyle) and Ashley R. Barry (Nick); and his great grandchildren, Samuel Medeiros and Wyatt Barry. He is also survived by three sisters and several nieces and nephews.
