He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Carvalho and Almerinda Felix Carvalho (Viveiros); and his brothers, Joseph, Michael and Fernando Carvalho.
He is survived by: his wife Natalie Ann Carvalho; his children, John F. Carvalho, Jr. (Mercedes), Tabitha Camara (Brian) and Cory Carvalho; his granddaughter Skylar Carvalho; and his siblings, Lucia Medeiros and Antone Carvalho.
