He is survived by: his wife Michlene; his children, John Faria (Ann), Rhonda Kozak (Tom) and Misty Faria; and his grandchildren, Erin Kozak, Jacob Baker and Trinity Baker. He is also survived by his 4 great grand-daughters and 1 great-great-granddaughter.
