He is survived by: his children, John Medeiros Jr. (Sandy Cabral), Marie Afonso (Jim Fitzsimmons) and Kevin Medeiros (Michele); his stepsister Rose Marie Botelho (Anthony); his grandchildren, Francesca, Bethany, Joshua, Cody, Alexander and Alexis; and his great grandchildren, Madison, Owen, Charlotte, Jasper, Braelyn and Aaliyah. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
