He is survived by: his wife Maria José Sardinha (Resendes Silva); his children, Maguina S. Botelho (John) of Fall River, Rui A. Sardinha (Judie) of Fall River, Duarte M. Sardinha (Meagan) of Middleboro and Albert J. Sardinha of Fall River; his siblings, Manuel Sardinha, Luis Sardinha of Canada and Maria (Anjos Resendes); and his grandchildren, Zachary, Zoe, Isabella, Joshua, Matthew, Sophia and Noah. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
