He was predeceased by: his parents, Fernando Borges Ferreira and Maria Catarina Ferreira (Carreiro). He is survived by: his wife Besides; his children, Christopher J. Ferreira (Laurie Botelho) of Fall River and Lisa M. Gormley (Michael) of Watertown; his granddaughter Lilly Gormley; and his siblings, Verneranda Miozza (Richard) of Fall River and John Ferreira (Urania) of Tiverton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family requests that those who will be attending to please wear a mask for the safety of family members who are immuno-compromised or not vaccinated.
