He is survived by: his spouse Fidelia Fernandes (Madruga); his sons, Jose Fernandes (Dolores S.) of Fall River, Heath Fernandes (Karen) of Fall River and Michael A. Fernandes of Fall River; his grandsons, Cody H. Fernandes and Logan A. Fernandes; and his sibling's children, Shawn S. Fernandes, Bobby Madruga, Nathan Mathis and Ellen Chamberlin.
