He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Raposo and Ana Raposo (Medeiros); and his brother Antonio Raposo. He is survived by: his children, Paul G. Raposo (Ileen) of Acushnet, Nancy Glasper of Fall River and Jose F. Raposo of Quincy; his grandchildren, Xavier F. Glasper, Brandon Pacheco and Xaviera D. Glasper; his great grandchild Luella M. Glasper of Fall River; and his siblings, Carmelia Gaudencio (late Joao), Venilde Raposo (Jorge), Gilbert Raposo (Liz), Ana Reis (Miguel) and John Raposo (Sue). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and grand-nieces/nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 27th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at the Silva-Faria Funeral Home (730 Bedford St, Fall River, MA 02720). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Espirito Santo Church (311 Alden St, Fall River, MA 02723).
