He is survived by: his wife Emerenciana Pereira Cabral; his daughter Sonia Coelho; his siblings, Firmino Leite, Ramiro Leite and Aida Ferreira; and his grandchildren, Micaela Camara, Nathan Camara, Emily Coelho and Nolan Cabral. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
