He is survived by: his wife Delia Maria Paiva (Botelho); his daughters, Deborah Fontes of Fall River, Monica Tavares (Michael DeCoffe) of Fairhaven and Michelle Galvao (Joseph) of Swansea; his grandchildren, Raven Thompson of Tyson, Thompson, Britney Paiva-Fontes, Emaly Paiva-Fontes, Alexia Paiva-Fontes, Nicolas Fontes, Nathan Tavares, Colin Tavares, Ava Galvao and Abigail Galvao; his great grandchildren, Jayden Garrafa, Chloe Carvalho and Bella Garrafa; and his siblings, Gloria Viveiros of Westport, Gabriel Camara (Ilda) of Dartmouth, Anterio Paiva (Filomena) of Dartmouth, Alberto Paiva (Nelly) of Dartmouth, Arthur Paiva (MaryJo) of Westport, Armindo Paiva of Fall River, Liberta Chaves of Fall River and Mario Paiva (Lee) of Fall River. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
