He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Santos and Bernadette Santos (Paul); and his sister Barbara Robichaud. He is survived by: his wife Judith A. Santos (Oliveira); his sons, Joseph Santos, Jr. (Kimberly) and John Santos; his grandchildren, Andrew Santos, Kathleen Santos and Rebecca Santos; and his siblings, Nancy St. Pierre, Sandra LePage and Manuel Santos Jr.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
