She was predeceased by: her husband Henry Ethier; her grandson Matthew Foster; and her siblings, George Jammen, Moran Jammen, Hatem Jammen, Joseph Jammen, Edward Jammen, Mae Jammen and Madeline Landry.
She is survived by: her sister Florence Lomas of Somerset; and her children, Donna Jackson (Charles) of Louisville, CO, Peter Ethier (Lori) of Westport, Susan Foster of Westport and Lorraine Chasse (Robert) of Somerset. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Established in 1968 by Bishop James Connolly, the award recognizes lay members nominated by their pastor for their contributions to the Church.
