She was predeceased by: her husband Antonio Fernandes; her close friend Jose F. Sousa; and her mother Madeline Mello. She is survived by: her children, Crystal Ann Fernandes (David Camara) of Fall River, Jessica Fernandes (Brien Massie) of Fall River, Peter Fernandes (Ashley Durette) of Fall River and Eric Sousa of Fall River; her stepdaughter Sandy Sousa; her brother Robert Mello (Jen Mello) of Fall River; her grandchildren, Madison, Marquell and Axel; her great grandchild Naiyah; and her sibling's children, Torie and Justin.
