It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lena A. Maitoza of Fall River, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 7, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Bartyzel and Katherine Bartyzel; her husband Manuel G. Maitoza; her stepson Gerald Maitoza; her siblings, Raymond, Walter and Stella Bertyzel; and her grandchild Shawn Maitoza.

She is survived by: her stepchildren, Paul Maitoza (Juliette) and Joan Goulart; and her grandchildren, Robert Johnson, Rhonda Almeida, Lisa Cabral, Brenda, Gerald Jr., Scott Jamie Anthony and Kathryn Maitoza (Van White). She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren and several great great grandchildren.
