She was predeceased by: her parents, Jose Melo and Albertina Melo; her son-in-law Joseph Raposo; her granddaughter Holly Mello; and her sisters, Berta Pereira and Maria Melo.
She is survived by: her friend Fall River; her husband Jose P. Mello; her children, Licia Raposo, Eduarda Rodrigues (David), Mario Mello (Lezette) and Tibet Mello (Kerri); and her siblings, Jose F. Melo of Fall River and Armanda Camara of California. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and dear friends.
