She was predeceased by: her spouse Guilherme O. Soares of Anne's Hospital; her parents, Manuel B. Silva and Maria Rosa Silva (Raposa); and her siblings, Ledwina "Donna" Cardoza (late Bill), Eugenia "Mary" Ferreira (Gerald) and Miguel B. Silva.
She is survived by: her children, William Soares (Irene) of Somerset and Ann M. Carlos (Carlos) of Fall River; her siblings, Rose S. Oliveira (late Alfredo), Joseph B. Silva (Julie), Manuel R. Silva (Mary), Maria and Carmen "Mary" Silvia (Lenny); her granddaughters, Jillian Soares (Jesse Weber-Barlett), Lauren Taylor (Matthew), Arianna Carlos, Angela Carlos and Alandra Carlos; and her great grandchild Sloane Lidia Taylor. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and godchildren.
