She was predeceased by: her husband Gabriel Mendonca; her parents, Marion Almeida (Viveiros) and Manual J. Almeida; and her brother Manual Almeida, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Deborah A. Saba (Steven J.) of East Freetown and Steven G. Mendonca (Eileen) of Fall River; her grandchildren, David, Peter Mendonca, Casey and John "Jack" McCarthy; and her great grandchild Alexandra Mendonca.
