She was predeceased by: her husband Jose Ricardo; her parents, Vasco J. Araujo and Mariana C. Araujo (Cardoso); and her siblings, Maria Margarida Araujo, Daniel Araujo and Silvino Araujo.
She is survived by: her children, Anne Wicks of Fall River, Joseph Ricardo (Cheryl) of Orlando, FL and Susan Furtado (Dighton); her siblings, Giselda Oliveira of St. Michael, Azores, Juvenalia DaSilva of Fall River, Joseph Araujo of Tiverton, RI and Goretti Balch of Fall River; her grandchildren, Erica, Melissa, Jonathan, Joseph Jr., Nathaniel, Thomas, Alexandra and Jacob; and her great grandchildren, J. T. and Charlotte. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
