He was predeceased by: his wife Maria Liliana DeAguiar (Oliveira); and his parents, João Carreiro DeAguiar and Maria Dos Anjos Costa (Ferreira). He is survived by: his children, Helena Rodrigues (late David), Victor Aguiar (Diane), Michael Aguiar (Lucia), Sandra Ouellette (James) and Jean Martins (Steven). He is also survived by six grandchildren and great-grandchildren; siblings; and nieces and nephews.
