He was predeceased by: his parents, Henrique José and Theresa Lomba (Alves). He is survived by: his wife Virginia Lomba (Ferreira Lourenço); his daughters, Olivia Raposo (Carlos) and Claudia De Almeida (Richard); his granddaughter Jacqueline Raposo; his siblings, Jose Lomba and Ana Lomba; and his pet Cooper. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Manuel's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
