He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Moniz and Maria Conceicao Moniz (Moniz); and his brother Jose Moniz. He is survived by: his wife Ana Moniz (Bergantim); his daughter Karie A. Young (Nicholas) of Fall River; his grandson Kain Manuel Young; his siblings, Cremilde Pereira (Gilbert) of Fall River, Maria Medeiros (Herculano) of Fall River, Isidro Moniz (Irene) of Taunton, Idalina Carreiro (Joao) of Fall River, Nick Moniz of Fall River and Humberto Moniz (Camilla) of Fall River; and his sister-in-law Julieta Moniz of Fall River. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Silva-Faria Funeral Home (730 Bedford St, Fall River, MA 02720).
