She was predeceased by: her parents, John Phillip Souza Sr. and Barbara Souza (Rocha); and her brother John Souza. She is survived by: her close friend Norman Casey, Sr.; her children, Michael Bishop of North Attleboro, Janice Nolan (Chris) of Glastonbury, CT, Brenda Bishop Azar (Jim) of Tiverton, RI and Linda Paiva; her grandchildren, Coral Joy Stukus (Rob), Matthew Stukus (Yuanye) and Jessica Sweeney (Jared); her great grandchildren, Matthew and Michael Stukus; her siblings, Barbara "Dottie" Medeiros, Philip, Joseph, Richard Souza, Mary "Beatrice" Rachel, Frances "Connie" Yelle and Robert Souza; Norman Casey, Jr., Sue Ratier and Daniel S. Bishop. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
